Return Policy

Our 15-day policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is right for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 15 days of receipt and payment of return/repair fees if applicable.

Any items being returned must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation. Milano will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Returns, exchanges or refunds are NOT available for in-store purchases at our Milano stores. This applies to online purchases ONLY.

Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Exchange Policy

The original sales receipt is required for all transactions. Courtesy exchanges will be within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Evaluation Policy

Due to the subjective nature of appraisals, only appraisals done by approved Independant gemological laboratory will be accepted. In the rare event of this approved appraisal being different from our evaluation, Milano will decide to resolve the matter by refund, exchange, or credit difference in evaluation.

Upgrade Policy

Milano offers a Lifetime Upgrade Policy on all diamond jewelry as well as loose diamonds. Upgrades/Exchanges will be honored only if the purchase price is equal to or greater than twice the amount of the original purchase. The original piece must be in NEW condition.

Note: Loose diamond upgrades are only applicable when the original purchase was made online

Service Warranty

Shop Milano stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture; that is why we offer this Service Warranty. We agree to repair or exchange any item which we deem to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This Warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. Repair or service performed by anyone other than Milano will immediately void the Warranty.
